Credits have been requested for all medical professional figures.
Credit certification will be distributed to registered participants who have attended to the whole duration of the congress day and that have returned the EACCME/CME questionnaires duly filled in and signed, at the Registration Desk.
Italian participants will also have to sign for each congress day they wish to receive credits for, at their arrival and departure at/from the congress venue. The form to be signed for attendance registration will be available at the Registration desk.
